Xolovino with Nixta Taqueria + Bufalina Pizza

Xolovino is a monthly, experiential wine club, curated by Nixta Taqueria, that goes back to the basics of why we all enjoy drinking wine: for the camaraderie. 

 This month, Nixta is teaming up with the OG's of the natural wine movement in Austin - Bufalina - and to also celebrate their re-opening on the East Side soon. Additionally, we will be welcoming our friends from Lift Collective, an organization founded by Rania Zayyat (also the Wine Director of Bufalina), and a portion of the proceeds from this Xolovino will go directly toward the newly launched Lift Collective Entrepreneurship Program, whose purpose is to elevate BIPOC and aspiring entrepreneurs from marginalized communities to learn and reimagine the wine industry. Through the 6-month entrepreneurship program, recipients will learn about hospitality concepts, supply chain, sales/importing, media education, and more.  Your ticket includes: - Welcome cocktail - 4 glasses of low-intervention wines featuring underrepresented winemakers - 4 course dinner - Retail pricing on bottles (during Xolo event only) - Wine education + networking  Menu created by Chefs Rico (Nixta Taqueria) and Chef Nonas (Bufalina).
